Refund Policy
Sparkle is now free for everyone. The policy below applies to past purchases.
What Do I Say? is a digital-access product. The $1 three-day trial and the $19.99 Lifetime Access offer are one-time payments. The $1 trial does not automatically renew. Because access can be delivered immediately after a verified payment, completed purchases are generally final.
When a refund may be appropriate
A refund or payment correction may be reviewed when:
- You were charged more than once for the same $1 trial or Lifetime Access purchase.
- A verified payment completed but the purchased access did not unlock and the access problem cannot be corrected.
- A payment was made in error and the circumstances reasonably support a refund.
Timing
For the smoothest review, raise a payment problem within 7 days of the charge. Keep your Stripe receipt or checkout confirmation because it may be needed to identify the payment.
What is not normally refundable
A change of mind after successful digital access has been delivered, dissatisfaction with a particular AI draft, expiration of the three-day trial after its stated access period, or loss of browser data after clearing site storage does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Payment disputes
If a charge looks unfamiliar, first check the Stripe receipt and purchase details. Legitimate duplicate or incorrect charges should be addressed through the current support method provided with the purchase before opening a payment dispute when possible.
This launch policy is intended to be clear and practical and is not legal advice.
