These terms apply to What Do I Say?, a message-writing tool from The Sheema Edit. By using the tool, you agree to use it responsibly and understand the limits below.

What the product does

Sparkle helps draft, rewrite, and refine messages. Generated text can be imperfect, incomplete, or not appropriate for every situation. You are responsible for reviewing a draft before sending it and for the messages you ultimately choose to send.

Free access

Sparkle is free for everyone. No trial, subscription, or payment is required to write, reply, rewrite, or refine messages. Previous trial expiration or purchase status does not restrict access.

Browser storage

The app may cache files and store product preferences in your browser. Clearing browser storage does not remove your free access.

Acceptable use

Do not use the product to impersonate others, commit fraud, harass people, violate the law, or attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or other access controls.

Availability

The product depends on browser capabilities and third-party infrastructure such as Cloudflare, and model-file hosting. Features may be changed, repaired, limited, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, or product development.

Generated messages are writing assistance, not legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or other licensed professional advice.

Refund handling is described in the Refund Policy.

These terms may be updated as the product changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
